Duedi

In an anonymous industrial area, in the hinterland of Sardinia, two young entrepreneurs decide to create a structure for the sale of spare parts.
Stilò use a sober but incisive language, to make the building the first channel of communication between the seller and the customer.

The project

The project covers an area of about 2000 square meters. On the ground floor there are the warehouses and about 500 square meters for exhibition and sale to the public. The upper floor houses the lodging for the caretaker and some representative offices.

In a context of low building creativity, populated by prefabricated buildings with no particular characterization, Stilò seeks a sober but incisive language, which makes the building the first channel of communication between the seller and the customer. The treatment of the main facade, covered with basalt, and the design of the exteriors, suggest through the shape of the space, the commercial philosophy of the owners, centered on reliability and customer care.
